Ah, every health and wellness site needs to have a recipe section don't they?

So, here's ours.

They've been created and built based upon Paleolithic / PaNu / Neandertal (Neanderthal) dietary research.

There does seem to be strong evidence that individually we "like" different foods because our body needs some component in that food. So, if there is some food that you just hate, that's a pretty good indication your body doesn't want it. Conversely, if you crave a food, you probably need something in it. As you continue to eat what valid research shows as healthy, you will probably find your cravings changing over time as your body recovers its baseline or saturation level of various nutrients.

With these thoughts in mind, and as with most things in life, modify to suit your own tastes.

Note:
All ingredients are to be organic and fed from their traditional diets. (e.g. Cows eat grass, chickens aren't vegetarians, pigs don't eat ground up cows...)

Color Codes in Recipes:
Green: Decent amount of evidence it's a healthy food for humans.
Black: Non-judgmental. At best 'not harmful' at worst no evidence one way or the other.
Pink: Decent amount of evidence it should not be eaten if you have a leaky gut or autoimmune problem.
Red: Decent amount of evidence it's an un-healthy food for humans.
